Job Title: Store Manager


Job Summary: Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer’s needs, and offering an alternative to customers.


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of a 4-year course

• Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience as a store manager in a retail/clothing store

• Strong customer managerment and communication skills

• Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoys interacting with different types of people

• Flexible in work schedule and location

• Willing to be assigned and transferred to other branches


RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing customer service,

understanding customer’s needs, recommending suitable apparel based on customer’s needs,

and offering an alternative to customers.

• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Ensures that the store is well organized and clean, and maintain outstanding store condition and

visual merchandising standards

• Works under varying schedules

• Actively maintains a global brand image

• Lead and manage store meetings

• Manage daily store operations

• Responsible for operation reports, sales reports, and management reports as needed

• Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff

• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Other related task as the management may assign as needed
