Job Title: Assistant Store Manager
Job Summary: Acts as the OIC when the Store Manager is unavailable, assists in customer satisfaction, sales promotion, store organization, report preparation, team leadership, inventory management, and performs other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of a 4-year course
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience as Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Team
Leader, or OIC in a retail/clothing store
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys interacting with different types of people
• Flexible in work schedule and location
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Acts as OIC if Store Manager is unavailable and when needed
• Assist Store Manager in ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent
service
• Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
• Assist Store Manager in ensuring that the store is well organized and clean, and in
maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Works under varying schedules
• Actively maintains a global brand image
• Attend store meetings and assist store manager during store meetings
• Assist store manager in managing daily store operations
• Responsible for assisting the store manager in preparing operation reports, sales reports, and
management reports as needed
• Assist store manager in leading the team in achieving target sales
• Inventory management
• Perform other related appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by management
